ENFPs and INFPs overall have a lot of similarities: they are both idealist, creative personality types, they share similar goals and want to do work that is fulfilling and enjoyable.
But there is one BIG difference I’ve noticed between the two types.
I lead a training program for Freelancers and Coaches and a lot of ENFPs and INFPs join because they often want to do some type of creative work, want to work for themselves, and want to have a career that serves a purpose.
In this program I’ve been able to notice a lot of the similarities and differences between ENFPs and INFPs I wouldn’t otherwise notice.
